Other than that I felt the RTP was fair and it goes both ways depending on your luck but never felt like they had done anything shady compared to my other experiences with other sites.
I just assumed I got lucky using the bonus balance and got up to $300 since nothing was showing in my bonus balance only in my real balance. You could say it’s more of a glitch than a shady tactic and I already knew about the bonus amount not being withdrawn after reading the T&C. But after I did their verification (which was fast for me) It subtracted the $200.
Only thing I could say is possibly fix the wallet amount displayed? In my real balance it showed $300 after I won depositing $100 and I used the 200% no rules deposit welcome bonus and nothing in my bonus balance. I got my pay out and withdrawal was legit.
